My Heart and Other Planets is a collection of five linked SF stories by speculative fiction writer Dafydd McKimm. Framed as a series of reflections by an itinerant poet in the far future, they explore the strange customs and biologies of five alien worlds—Esh, Mim, Yon, Ys, and Vorn—each raising a question about the equally strange workings of the human heart.

Dafydd's stories have previously appeared in venues such as Galaxy's Edge, ParSec, Flash Fiction Online, Haven Speculative, Small Wonders, Daily Science Fiction, The Best of British SF, and elsewhere.
